You wrote this quite well. Personally I see both as separate works requiring just a couplet or so to end them - conclude them. I don't know what the title means and I am lazy too google it. However the first thought is rather deep. I just feel that it needs to be concluded as it feels incomplete. The second is a more or less complete thought. Deep thoughts, over all fine works.
